Who Am I?
I’m Danielle, a fellow NHS nurse turned purpose-led business owner!
After 11+ years working for the NHS as a nurse, I knew deep down I was meant for more than endless shifts and burnout. I left my substantive role, shifted to agency work, and finally created space to build my very own social enterprise.
Now? I want to help other nurses, midwives, and healthcare professionals who want to do the same. Whether that’s starting a CIC, reconnecting with themselves outside the job title or in need of a safe space to network.
This membership was created because I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to start something new. But I also know the power we hold as nurses to lead, to innovate, and to create impact-driven work that lights us up.
