By joining the More Than a Nurse membership, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before signing up.
MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW
More Than a Nurse is a paid monthly membership created by the owner and founder, Danielle Maynard, on behalf of Nurse to Biz Boss. It provides nurses and healthcare professionals with training, support, advice, community, and tools to explore purpose-led projects, side hustles and business ventures.
PLATFORM AND 3RD PARTY SERVICES
The More Than a Nurse membership is delivered using third-party platforms, including:
BAND app — for community discussions and group interaction.
Systeme.io — for hosting content, sending membership emails, and managing some aspects of delivery.
By joining the membership, you also agree to comply with the terms and privacy policies of these platforms:

We are not responsible for downtime, technical issues, or changes to the features of these platforms. Access to the membership may be affected by your compliance with their rules in addition to ours.
PAYMENT AND ACCESS
A monthly recurring subscription fee of £23 is payable each month. This will be taken via our secure payment processor, Stripe. The fee will be taken out on the same day of the month that you initially joined.
You will be locked in on the price you pay on joining; however, if you decide to leave and rejoin, you will pay the amount that is advertised at the time of signing up.
There is no trial period, and we do not offer refunds, including for partial months.
If your payment fails, our payment processor (Stripe) will automatically attempt to collect payments. If all re-attempts fail, your subscription will be cancelled and you will lose access to the membership area.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription management link HERE.
Once cancelled, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, access to all membership materials, community, and calls will be revoked.
MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
Our community is built on respect and trust. By joining, you agree to:
Treat all members with kindness and respect.
Avoid harassment, bullying, abusive language, or inappropriate behaviour.
Not share or copy any content, resources, templates, or materials provided within the membership.
Not share screenshots, recordings, or details of community discussions outside the group.
Respect everyone’s privacy — do not share others’ personal comments or information.
Stay on-topic and avoid posting unrelated, spammy, or offensive content.
Violating these principles may lead to removal without warning or refund.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any member who
Engages in harassment or abusive conduct.
Violates confidentiality or intellectual property rules.
Shares misleading, harmful, or unrelated content.
Acts in a way that disrupts the safety and spirit of the group.
Decisions regarding removal are final and made to protect the integrity of the community.
DISCLAIMERS
No Guarantees - While we provide education, tools, and support, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes in your business, CIC, or career.
Funding & Grants - Information shared about grants or funding is for guidance only. We are not responsible for the outcome of any funding or grant applications.
Professional Advice - Content shared in this membership is not legal, financial, or clinical advice. Please consult with a qualified professional where needed.
Availability - We may update or change the format, frequency, or features of the membership at any time to improve the service.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, training, templates, and materials provided within the membership remain the intellectual property of Nurse to Biz Boss. You agree not to copy, share, resell, or distribute any of it without express permission.
PRIVACY AND DATA
We collect personal data (such as your name, email, and billing details) solely for the purpose of managing your membership. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. For full details, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].
CHANGES OF TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or inside the membership platform.
