By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any services, programmes, digital products, or mentoring offered by Nurse To Biz Boss, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. NURSE TO BIZ BOSS OVERVIEW

Nurse To Biz Boss is operated by Danielle Maynard, trading as a sole trader in the United Kingdom.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Nurse To Biz Boss provides:

  • 1:1 mentoring

  • Six-month mentoring programmes

  • Pre-recorded online courses

  • Digital downloads

  • Grant application mentoring and support

All services are delivered online and are educational and mentoring-based in nature.

3. NATURE OF SERVICES & DISCLAIMERS

All services provided by Nurse To Biz Boss are for educational and mentoring purposes only.

I do not provide:

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Accounting advice

  • Medical or mental health advice

You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes. You agree to seek appropriate professional advice where required.

No Guarantees

I make no guarantees regarding:

  • Business success

  • Income

  • Grant or funding approval

  • CIC registration outcomes

  • Career or personal results

Results vary based on many factors outside my control.

Grants & Funding

Grant funding is competitive and discretionary. I do not guarantee approval of any application.

Any examples of outcomes, grant approvals, or results shared are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee. Your results depend on factors including your actions, experience, and external decision-makers.


No refunds will be issued for rejected applications.

Resubmissions requested to be completed by me will incur a £150 fee. Guidance for self-resubmission may be provided without additional cost.

4. DELIVERY PLATFORMS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Services may be delivered using third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Zoom

  • Systeme.io

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • Stripe (payments)

  • BAND app

You agree to comply with the terms and policies of these platforms. I am not responsible for outages, technical failures, platform changes, or third-party disruptions.

By purchasing from Nurse To Biz Boss, you also agree to comply with the terms and privacy policies of these platforms:

I'm not responsible for downtime, technical issues, or changes to the features of these platforms. Access to the membership may be affected by your compliance with their rules in addition to ours.

5. CALL RECORDINGS

Live mentoring calls may be recorded for training, quality assurance, or replay purposes.

By participating, you consent to being recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify me in writing before the session.

6. PAYMENTS & PAYMENT PLANS

All prices are stated clearly at the point of purchase. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, including:

  • Mentoring programmes

  • Digital products

  • Courses

  • Rejected grant applications

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you acknowledge that by purchasing digital content, mentoring services, or programmes from Nurse To Biz Boss, you request immediate access and performance of the services.

You understand and agree that once access is granted and delivery has begun, you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel and are not entitled to a refund, except where required by law.

Payment Plans

Missed payments may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, without affecting your obligation to complete the agreed payment plan.

Where a six-month payment plan is selected:

  • Stripe will automatically reattempt failed payments

  • If payment remains unpaid after Stripe’s reattempts, access will be terminated

  • Termination for non-payment does not release you from your remaining payment obligations

  • Where access is terminated due to breach of these Terms, no refunds will be issued for services already delivered or access already granted.

7. CLIENT CONDUCT & COMMUNITY RULES

You agree to behave respectfully and professionally within all mentoring spaces.

Access may be suspended or terminated (without refund) if you:

  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination

  • Breach confidentiality

  • Share misleading or harmful content

  • Disrupt the safety or integrity of the community

  • Share, copy, or distribute protected materials

  • Fail to keep up with agreed payment plans

Decisions regarding removal are final and made to protect the community.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials provided — including videos, templates, documents, recordings, and written content — remain the intellectual property of Nurse To Biz Boss.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence for your own use only.

You may not:

  • Share materials with others

  • Resell or reproduce content

  • Use materials for commercial purposes

  • Claim content as your own

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.

    Subject to the above, Nurse To Biz Boss shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of the services.

    Total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim.

10. PRIVACY & DATA

Personal data is collected solely for service delivery and administration. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant updates will be communicated via email.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
